    What is it?

    The Credit Rating API returns a company's current credit rating and recommended credit limit based on the company's registry code. Additionally, if the rating is satisfactory or negative, reasons for the lowered rating are provided.

    Who is it for and why?

    The Credit Rating API is a useful tool if you want to automate credit decisions in your company or ensure that your sales team has access to a valid credit rating for companies in the CRM. If you can make a credit decision quickly (e.g., during a client meeting), you can increase sales, offer faster service, and improve the customer experience.
  • Monitoring

    What is it?

    This solution allows companies to be added to monitoring, removed, and events related to monitored companies to be queried. Monitoring provides information on events such as: a new annual report was added, an annual report was amended, changes in the board, changes in ownership, changes in debt balance, emergence of debt, debt repayment, change in company status, change in credit rating, and change in credit limit.

    Who is it for and why?

    Monitoring is suitable if you have a medium or large number of business clients to whom you regularly extend credit. By monitoring all your clients, you receive timely information on their payment capabilities, such as debt accrual and repayment, and changes in credit ratings. Since manual monitoring is time-consuming and never as accurate as automated monitoring, this minimizes potential credit losses.
  • Company General Information

    What is it?

    The General Information endpoint returns basic information about a company.

    Who is it for and why?

    This basic data is useful for querying about companies that are not yet your clients. For example, sales and marketing people can use it to get initial information on potential clients, such as location, contact details, and activities.
  • Company Financial Data

    What is it?

    Company financial data based on annual reports: all financial indicators in Infopank are available, provided through machine-readable parts of annual reports.

    Who is it for and why?

    Financial data is useful when you want to, for instance, categorize companies by size. You can then find out if a previously passive company has suddenly become active (and thus may become an interesting client). Financial information on existing clients, partners, and competitors is also valuable for business decisions. The API provides both annual report data and quarterly data from the Estonian Tax and Customs Board.
  • Persons Associated with the Company

    What is it?

    Persons associated with the company: includes both current and, if desired, historical company-related individuals by role. It includes both information found in the Commercial Register and unique key person data collected by Infopank.

    Who is it for and why?

    Information on individuals is essential to integrate with your CRM system to enable salespeople to reach the right contacts faster, and also, for example, to verify who has the authority to represent the company when signing a contract. You can also query by individual to see which companies they are associated with. This solution is useful, for instance, if you have identified a person in your self-service environment by their ID code and want to show them data related to companies they have representation rights for.
  • Company Data Current Status and Updates

    What is it?

    This solution provides changes that occurred in the last 24 hours for all companies in the Infopank database, displaying only the most recent values without history, i.e., the latest valid status of companies.

    Who is it for and why?

    You may need the initial status of companies if your CRM lacks reliable baseline data on companies. It is possible to receive companies’ initial status in JSON format to further query updates using endpoints.
  • Company and Person Search

    What is it?

    Allows searching for companies and persons in the Infopank database by name or registry/ID code.

    Who is it for and why?

    If you want all companies to be searchable in your CRM, it is worth using this API endpoint. You can also use it for pre-filling client data in e-commerce or self-service environments (clients begin entering a name and matching results are offered in real-time). After selecting a company, you can use other endpoints to query the necessary data for that company (e.g., general information and associated persons). General information allows pre-filling company data, and associated person data helps verify if the person has the right to represent the company.
