1 Definitions
1.1 Infopank – Äripäev’s business information portal1.2 Service Provider - Äripäev AS
1.3 User – A visitor of the Infopank.ee portal
1.4 License Agreement – An agreement between the User and Äripäev AS for using the license
1.5 Parties – The User and the Service Provider
1.6 Standard Package – A package compiled on general terms with a predefined price and service content, such as “Basic Package” and “Full Package”
1.7 Free Usage – Use of the Infopank portal without entering into a License Agreement and without paying a fee
1.8 Service Fee – The fee charged by the Service Provider from the User for providing the service, according to the price list or a special agreement
2 Licensing Terms
2.1 Äripäev AS holds all proprietary and non-proprietary rights to the database under applicable legislation.2.2 Reselling the data available in Infopank is prohibited.
2.3 To use the data in Infopank's paid zone, a License Agreement must be signed in advance, specifying the service cost and access rights. The agreement is concluded when the User makes a purchase in the Service Provider’s environment or through other communication channels by special arrangement.
3 Principles of Data Processing
3.1 During Free Usage of Infopank, only the minimal information necessary to identify the individual is displayed (primarily name and date of birth). For users who have signed a License Agreement, information and data are displayed according to the terms agreed in the License Agreement.3.2 Äripäev collects and processes data in accordance with applicable legislation. Data is gathered from public sources, including but not limited to the Commercial Register, databases of the Tax and Customs Board, Land Register, press, and directly from the data subject.

4 Responsibility of the Service Provider
4.1 The Service Provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect costs or damages arising from the use of the data presented in Infopank or conclusions drawn based on it, including but not limited to cases where the data is found to be outdated.4.2 The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the information contained in Infopank is accurate and of high quality. Data quality is maintained in accordance with standards established in data protection laws.
