Submitting a debt notice to the register significantly increases the likelihood of invoice collection. Infopank’s debt register recovers more than 50% of problematic invoices.
How to use it?
Why is it worth adding debts to the Infopank debt register?
- No fee for adding a debt
- The likelihood of invoice collection increases significantly
- 40% of debtors pay the invoice within 7 days, avoiding public disclosure
- The sooner you address a problematic invoice, the higher the likelihood of collection
- By adding the debt to the register, you warn other businesses about malicious debtors
How to add a debt claim?
Check if:
- At least 30 days have passed since the payment due date
- You have sent a reminder(s) to the client
- The debt is not disputed
- Supporting documents are available
If the conditions are met, then:
- Find the indebted company using Infopank's search
- Click the "add debt" button
- Fill out the form and don't forget to attach the supporting document (invoice, contract)
- Click the "send" button
- You will receive a confirmation email
NB! If the company pays the invoice after the demand letter has been sent, be sure to notify us immediately at [email protected]. This will prevent any unjust harm to the debtor. As good practice, the debt is marked as resolved in the register within 3 working days after payment.
